During the Easter Break my 11 year old daughter developed tonsillitis. I called my own local surgery and a number of others to no avail. It was comforting to be able to access the After Hours GP service that day. Leanne, the Practice Manager, made the process of the appointment time and registration very easy for us. In my opinion Leanne is always welcoming, caring and efficient. Dr K was able to prescribe the necessary medication. All this meant a huge difference in the quality of my daughter’s Easter. I feel lucky as an Ipswich residents to have such a great service available!

Dear Thankful mum

Thank you for taking the time to tell your story about your daughter's recent illness and the way in which Leanne and Dr K were able to assist you at this time. It is never easy when our children are unwell and especially at such a special time of year as Easter. It is wonderful that through your daughter's visit she was able to get the medication necessary and help improve the quality of her Easter. I too, feel very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful service and to have great staff and I thank you again for taking the time to tell your story.
