About: Healthy Lifestyle Program (Murrumbidgee Medicare Local) Rural Primary Health Service (Murrumbidgee Medicare Local)

(as a service user),

By going to the healthy lifestyle program, because I am over 60 I want to stay well. I have always walked and now I will try to watch everything I eat, and doing so, hope it helps me stay away from Dr's and hospitals. I have high blood pressure. I found everything great and don't think it could be improved. I came away each Tuesday feeling good about what I learnt.
