We had Libby come down to the Coolamon Library to talk to us about heart health. It was great, we all really enjoyed it. Libby explained things very well which was good as lot of the information we didn't know about. We also had morning tea, beautiful fresh fruit, that was good. I look forward to her coming back for the next session. We don't get too much down here so it is really nice to have something like this for us.
