"History file is mixed up at Royal Brisbane Hospital"

My history file has seemingly got mixed up and I believe has been 'used' for another person of the same name. My file seems to have details of the other persons medical conditions that appears to be completely different to my own medical conditions. Despite numerous requests for a meeting to have my file corrected it seems to me that the Director from the RBH has denied my request stating "there is nothing to be gained" through a meeting. A letter from the Health Ministers Office to the RBH requesting a meeting with me be arranged to correct the problem I feel has also got ignored.
