After discovering that I had a heart 'condition' - cardiomyopathy - I was shocked! I was then contacted by the local medicare to participate in various programmes. It was with trepidation that I attended the first day, but I now realise what a great assistance this has been to me and look forward to participating in the 2014 programme. The advice I have received has been excellent.
