"Home care in North Brisbane"

I use to get cleaners come in and help me. But something has changed and it has become a jolly nusiance and I am sick to death of it. They are mucking me around all over the place. They use to come every Friday, and use to be so good. For years! Now they say they will come, and I wait for them, but they don't turn up. They don't seem to know what place they're doing, or when they're coming or not. I've told them twice about it, but nothing seems to have changed.
