(as a parent/guardian),

Today we attended the Ipswich Hospital Emergency Departmment for my young son, with a fracture of his heel, Dr Sam and the team were FANASTIC, we are so lucky to live in Austraila and obtain 1st class medical care. Thank you to the staff, we really appreciate how much you care for your patients, you are a credit to your profession and Queensland Health. This is the second time our family has needed your help, our daughter needed emergency help with a foot injury and once again your care and assistance was awesome, THANK -YOU.

We were so pleased to read your post about your experience at Ipswich Hospital Emergency Department. We hope your family and son are in good health and your son’s fractured foot is not causing him too much discomfort as it heals.

We know the team in the Emergency Department work very hard and that they are committed to providing an excellent level of care, so it is very encouraging to hear comments from parents who feel the care their son received was "1st class". Thank you for also sharing your daughter’s previous experience of receiving awesome care from our team.
