I was very unsure about doing counselling at the beginning, I had no confidence in speaking about myself. I felt quite shut off to sharing my feelings with people.
I now look forward to my sessions. I feel more confident and positive about communicating with people, particularly about health problems I've had to deal with. There's a positive vibe as soon as I enter the office. This is a very valuable service for men to help them to be more open about their problems.
