(as a relative),

My husband was taken by ambulance to Ipswich Hospital. He was quite ill and was extremely well cared for in Emergency and then in the Cardiac Care Unit. He always seems to be treated professionally by friendly helpful staff that we see, even when they have obviously been extremely busy. As his wife I believe I have been well informed of his condition and treatment. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your kind words about your husband’s recent experience in the Ipswich Hospital. We were sorry to hear that he had been so unwell and hope he is feeling better. We were happy to hear that you were pleased with the treatment he received and that you were kept informed of his condition throughout what must have been a very unsettling time.

Our Emergency Department and wards do get very busy at times, but even so we remain committed to providing excellent care to all our patients.

We take great pride in the wonderful work our staff do every day and agree that they are friendly and helpful. We have conveyed your kind words to the staff in the Emergency Department and the Cardiac Care Unit and they join us in wishing you and your family the very best.
