"I don't feel listened too."

I've been dialysing for awhile now but over the last few years some of the nurses they have been getting in, that I have seen, don't seem to want to listen to any questions about your problems you're having with dialysis. When you ask for blood tests because you know something is wrong in your own body they seem to ignore every request until you start discussing your problems with other patients only then do they do anything apparently. I think the nurses you can rely on are sent to places like HDU or Limited care and we seem to get the leftover ones who sit down at the desk apparently doing nothing.
