(as the patient),

Care coordination, John, Mel, Lisa, Kylie I have never met a better bunch of people. They fall over themselves to be helpful. If you ask for something for your machine, you can rest assured they will go out of their way to get it for you. If I have need of assistance they are always there for me. They are the best as far as I am concerned.
