"Healthy Lifestyle Program was fabulous."

Sarah has helped me with my Chronic Disease management and encouraged me to do the Healthy Lifestyle Program. The program was fabulous and I would recommend it to everyone. It usually goes for six weeks. Sarah was informative, gave me the time I needed and was there for me, she listened to me and worked around me. She was so kind and did not treat me like a client, but rather as a friend. I would highly recommend Sarah and the course. What I didn't understand she would explain to me. Beth-Louise also helped me, guide me and treated me like a friend, and did whatever she could to assist me. I highly recommend both Sarah and Beth Louise.
