"Terence is the best thing to happen to Lake Cargelligo since slice bread."

I just wanted to say how fantastic Terence is and how good he has been for Lake Cargelligo. He is the best thing since sliced bread that has happened to Lake Cargelligo.

He is fantastic at PR, very friendly, quite willing to help anyone regardless of their situation.

I had a referral from the GP and I took it to Terence. I go to his office and knock on the door and if he has someone with him, he'll come to the door and let you know, so you can come back and give the person with him privacy. If he doesn't have anyone with him, he calls 'come in' and you just go right in. He looks at the referral and does it straight away, then and there.

Nothing is too much trouble, offers assistance when he can and if he can't help then he'll put you onto people who can. I can't drive and Terence does his best to sort out transport and other things for me, even if it's not something he can help with he will try alternatives and other organisations. The person we had here before him, was not so good, she was good at slamming doors in your face, but wouldn't help much. Terence does whatever he can. We could not have a better person to do this job. He covers a very big area, but if you're not sure of things, you can just give him a ring, and if he has reception, which he doesn't always have, then he takes the call and helps you out as best he can.

I have a lot of health problems and Terence has helped me so much. I can't say enough about how good Terence is. The best thing that has happened to Lake Cargelligo.
