I enjoyed the Healthy Living Program. I found it very interesting and informative. Libby explained everything very well.

I have felt better by doing exercise and eating more fruit. The visit to the supermarket was very good. To know what to look for, the amount of fat, sugar and salt that is safe to eat.

It is great to hear that the program has been benefitting you and that it was interesting. We get lots of great comments about the supermarket tour and how good it is to read the labels. We encourage you to keep going with your exercise and healthy lifestyle program. Great work!
