(as the patient),

I have had a wonderful experience with the girls (Liz and Wanita). They are very professional and get the job done. I don't have to worry if they are going to show up, they are always on time. They listen to what I have to say and act on it very promptly. They're very respectful and I cannot complain at them.

Thank you for keeping them going because I need this service. It's good our people from health can come over and check up on me.
