"Misunderstanding at Renal Dialysis Unit"

I happened to be outside waiting when I heard a staff member going off at who I thought was a staff member, I later found out it was one of the patient’s visitors. This person was very upset with what was going on as everyone was listening to what was being said.

There were at least half a dozen people in the waiting room when this was going on. Apparently we heard it had something to do with what was said to a nurse and the person who was getting yelled at was saying it was said in jest and can't this nurse take a joke. It seemed to me that this staff member has no sense of humour.
