As you will have seen, our Box Hill Emergency Department (ED) is very busy and across our three Eastern Health EDs, we see a new patient, on average, once every 3.6 minutes. Our staff are committed to providing the right care at the right time and your feedback is indeed a reflection of their great work. I will be sure to pass your feedback on to the managers and staff in our Box Hill ED. Thanks again for taking the time to provide your feedback and I do hope that your sister is keeping well.

I love that Alan takes the time to reply to a story like my sister's. She is now MUCH better and will place a post about her experience soon.
