Thank you so much for taking the time to write and provide feedback following your experience at Maroondah Hospital. Whilst I know we sometimes take such things for granted, your feedback is a reminder about what matters to patients and their families. I will be delighted to pass your feedback on to the staff team in Ward 1 South and their managers as it's important for our ward staff to see your feedback firsthand. I am also pleased to let you know that Ward 1 South won the "teamwork" award at the annual Maroondah Hospital awards this week - they are obviously focusing on what matters for patients and their families.
