Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this story which we have investigated.

We are unable to find any phone messages in respect to a vulnerable family. Also there are no missed calls recorded.

We are taking this opportunity to review all procedures to ensure that the MML has necessary systems in place to accept referrals or concerns about clients.
