Very pleased with care showering my husband until his death. Happy with cleaning - very pleasant gentleman. Service could be better with being picked up to take for doctor's appointments. Often have to phone footprints as driver was often up to 15 minutes late collecting me. Organisation at office level was good, seems to be trouble with drivers being late quite often. Staff in general very pleasant and happy to assist.
