"Trying to make an outpatients appointment at Maroondah Hospital."

About: Maroondah Hospital

(as the patient),

Starting from 3:30 pm, spent twenty minutes trying to call Maroondah Hospital outpatients department (which closes at 4 pm) to schedule an appointment.

The *only* time someone answered the phone, it seemed to be an accident, and they immediately hung up.
