"My outreach worker and care coordinator are the greatest support"

(as the patient),

My outreach worker Beth-Louise, and care coordinator Narelle are the greatest support and are caring. They have supported me throughout my journey through my illnesses and social issues. They assisted me with a Housing Dept. house.

Beth-Louise and Narelle are informative and encourage me with stopping smoking and drinking. Beth-Louise has known me for some years and introduced me to Narelle. They are organising and assisting me to travel to Melbourne, with transport and accommodation. They are the best.
