About: Brisbane MIND (Brisbane North PHN)

(as the patient),

I have found the sessions with Anita so helpful with dealing with my emotions and how to deal with them. I really don't know where I would be without the advice she has given me and aids to help me control my panic attacks. From where I was to where I am now is dramatic.
