There was another staff member (I didn't get her name) that answered yesterday when I called, she also was very pleasant to deal with.

As these staff members have been my first point of contact at Eastern Health for an upcoming procedure to which I'm a little anxious, yet they have made me feel a little more comfortable just by their phone manner.

Hello again POJUN05. I located Ann and sent your feedback on to her (and her managers) and her direct manager was also very chuffed, so thanks again. Your feedback makes a big difference in a very busy day. When new staff commence in Eastern Health, we certainly do focus on "making every interaction a positive interaction" so I am so pleased to read that this has been the case for you.
