"I feel very supported"

Mighty Minds has been great for my child who is too young for Headspace. Their counsellor has assisted both my child and myself. Shes gives my child the tools they need to assist them in managing their anxiety, and me the skills to assist my child with anxiety as well as sleeping routines. I feel very supported, by a non-judging counsellor. Would be very disappointed if this service was stopped. My child loves to come to their sessions.
