"Staff we saw at Angliss Hospital professional and compassionate."

About: Angliss Hospital

(as a relative),

An elderly relative needed checking after a fall on Saturday afternoon. As the local medical centres were closed, we went to The Angliss Hospital Emergency department.

The staff we saw were professional, compassionate and efficient. Even though my relative was a lower priority than many others, she was well cared for and we were informed several times as to how many people were in front of us, with an estimated wait time.

I regained a lot of faith in the public system after this, and hope that the CEO commends the doctors and nurses in this department for their work.

I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the staff in the Emergency Department at the Angliss Hospital and will let their managers know too. I appreciate that we have regained your faith in the public health system and you can be reassured that we are always working hard to improve care and access to our services at all times. I was really glad also to read that you were kept up to date with the current queue of patients and waiting time in the Emergency Department, as we all like to know how long the wait will be.
