"I felt safe and in very good hands"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Box Hill emergency ward with a heart condition. I couldn't have been happier with the treatment I received. The doctors and nurses made me feel being extremely well looked after. Everyone seemed to be very competent at what they were doing. I felt safe and in very good hands. All staff, including admin staff were very kind and polite. Thank you.
