(as the patient),

I have recently been diagnosed with MS. It's been a scary and confusing time but I've been to see the team at Eastern Health MS Service and they have been wonderful. They have answered all my questions, given me resources that may be able to help & offered their on-going support and care. They are all really lovely and friendly people and have made me feel better about my situation. I know that I will be looked after now and in my future with such a great team at the Eastern looking after me.

I am really pleased to read that your experience with us has been so positive at a time that must have been most concerning for you and your family. Sharing your story allows our staff to see where we do things really well and reinforces the things that matter.
