Card received from a carer of a client at Strathdon TCP:

'To Michelle (Case Manager) and the Transition Care Staff at Strathdon, thank you for the wonderful care and support you have given my friend over the many months spent at Strathdon. She has been very happy during this time, and we are very grateful to all of you. Special thanks to you, Michelle for your guidance, and for all the time and effort you have put in to getting my friend into Waverley Valley Aged Care, where I'm sure she will be very happy. Thanks so much to all of you.'

Many thanks for posting your card to acknowledge the care received at Strathdon TCP. It's always gratifying to receive such favourable feedback and to read that the client was pleased with the care provided by Michelle (the Case Manager) and the team at Strathdon.

I will be sure to pass on this feedback to the management team too as it's always good for them to see the feedback which staff are receiving from clients and their families.
