(as the patient),

I feel a particular nurse was so rude to my parent and mistreated them in the emergency department, it was so disgusting their behaviour. I would never recommend going there.

Dear Appalled

I was so sorry to read about your experience at Box Hill Hospital in our Emergency Department. One of the things which we strive to do in Eastern Health is to make "every interaction a positive interaction" and clearly, this is not what you experienced and I am really sorry for that.

I will pass on your general feedback to our Emergency Department which will be discussed at their general staff meeting.
