(as the patient),

I get help for transportation and I just wanted to say that Julia was very, very, helpful. She has provided me with a lot of information, telling me things I didn't know, answering all my questions, and I asked her so many. Julia seems to know exactly how to speak to people of my age and wasn't the least bit condescending. It is refreshing to have someone so lovely. I cannot speak highly enough of Julia and wanted to say she is a credit to your organisation. Thank you so much for all your wonderful help.
