"I'm so much better now"

I was struggling with a lot of things at the time I started seeing someone, bullying, issues with my parent and other stuff. I was quiet, hiding in a shell, didn't talk much. I opened up about a lot of stuff that I hadn't really talked about before. I overcome situations that I would of never have overcome before. I've achieved so much in the past 2 years, things that I never would of imagined happening in my life. I don't hide in my shell anymore, I'm so much more confident. I felt so comfortable talking to my counsellor, I was able to tell her anything, and I would always be happy when I was finished with my session. I'm just so much better after these past 2 years, I absolutely love it! : )
