"Staff have made a huge positive impact to our lives"

About: The Townsville Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

We have received incredible care for our child from the The Townsville Hospital allied health service. All of the staff make a point to know us by name, they always come and say hello and truly care about my child's health. We couldn't live without this service and are deeply thankful.

In particular the nursing outreach team, Amy (dietics) and Pam (speech pathology) have made a huge positive impact to our lives and my child's health.

Dear PO-OCT10,

Thank you for sharing your great story about your positive experiences at our hospital, especially with our hard working and dedicated staff in Allied Health.

Having a child requiring care must be a a stressful and worrying time for the whole family and to hear that you and your child has received incredible care is just fantastic to hear.

I will be very excited to inform Amy and Pam and the Director of Allied Health, of how they have had such a positive impact on a family and their child.

I hope your child will continue to go from strength to strength and wish you all the very best for the future.
