"All staff in the emergency department were so kind and helpful"

About: The Townsville Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

One evening recently we had to go to the ED for an antibiotic drip for an infection. All of the staff including the admin, nurses and doctors were so helpful and kind. They made sure we had all of the information and weren't worried. We were very happy with our experience.
