I have been receiving chemo on and off for the last 3 years at Townsville Hospital. I cannot fault any of the staff as their #1 priority is always the comfort and wellbeing of the patient and their family. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The nursing staff are very aware of the drugs the patients are receiving and check and double check everything prior to starting treatment, they are never afraid to question a doctor's orders if they believe that something may not be correct. The admin staff always follow through on what you ask them to do. The volunteers are friendly and lovely. And of course the doctors are great, they know what they are doing and follow up on their patients. Thank you to everyone.
