"Sometimes we get excellent service in next to no time"

I had my second yearly breast screen appointment at Inala Community Centre. I'd arranged it first thing in the morning. I arrived on time, the radiographer checked my paperwork and very courteously pointed out some bits I'd completely overlooked. They did this very respectfully and with humour. I was the third person there, taken in for the screening, which was done respectfully and efficiently. Then I was free to leave. I was out and sitting in my car less than 15 minutes after my appointment was booked. There is so much emphasis on the waiting in healthcare, I just wanted to let people know sometimes we get excellent service in next to no time! Well done BreastScreen Qld and Inala Community Health Centre. I am very thankful you are part of my community.
