I joined as a volunteer in order to develop my practical skills in counselling. Joining the team has been an incredible experience that has provided countless learning opportunities to grow and develop my skills. This organisation provides a supportive, encouraging and non-judgemental environment for both workers and clients to develop their skills and achieve the goals they are working towards.
