My placement experience has provided me with an opportunity to develop my existing skills and gain new transferable skills for the future. It has been a great learning journey, from the training right through to working with clients and the team. I have felt highly supported throughout my placement as the team is filled with individuals who are passionate about supporting the vulnerable / oppressed groups in society. It has been a rewarding experience and gratitude is felt from the co-workers and the clients which is motivating and provides me with a sense of self fulfillment.
