"Excellent service delivery by the volunteers"

The caring, guiding and informative nature of management, has lent itself to excellent service delivery by the volunteers. I have grown as a person and as a volunteer very much due to management, working in a team and the nature and structure of the counselling program. Being a volunteer at Drug ARM has allowed me the opportunity to fulfill the dream of helping people through adversity, professionally.

I have been learning the art of delivery while at Drug ARM, creating the opportunity for a successful engagement with the client and enabling a platform of change and growth for the client.
