The staff at Box Hill emergency department were great, I really appreciated the help I received. I had been overwhelmed with stress, wasn't eating, drinking and had lost all hope until I went to go and get some help from Box Hill. The treatment I received was great and most of the nurses and doctors were fantastic. One nurse in particular Cassie, did an exceptional job and should be applauded on her ability to help people even though she can't see what's wrong of all the people I saw she definitely made a big difference to helping me feel better. Thank you all who helped I'm now on the road to recovery from all my issues.

Thank you for sharing your story on Patient Opinion. I think your story will give confidence to others about access to services when you most need them. Your story makes me feel proud to be part of Eastern Health and to know just how much difference our staff and services are making in the community. Thank you for sharing your experience which I will also pass on to our staff and in particular, I will be pleased to share your story with Cassie and the Box Hill ED clinical team as well as the management group - always good to celebrate when we do things well:)
