"Staff really went out of their way to help"

(as the patient),

Recently I was a patient at the birth suite in William Angliss. The care I received from the doctor, midwife Wendy and Belinda was exceptional, and the friendliest welcome from people I met in the hallways (two staff members including security guards who helped me with directions) and the lovely, chatty Zouki man. Made me feel at ease and safe after a traumatic few days! These people really went out of their way to help and I'd like to show my appreciation for this. : )

Dear Mummy101

Many thanks for sharing your very positive story on Patient Opinion. I will be sure to pass this feedback onto our staff and in particular, to Midwives, Wendy & Belinda.

I must admit, the Security Guards I know at the Angliss Hospital (Ben and Rakesh) are just great and whilst I don't know the "chatty Zouki man", I bet we will be able to identify him and we will be sure to pass on your feedback to all of them.

Positive stories like yours are sure to give them a lift in their day and an extra spring in their step - I think it's true to say that we all enjoy positive feedback.

So thanks Mummy101 for taking the time to show your appreciation - we appreciate this too and will take great pleasure sharing your story around.
