As an employee at Monte Lupo for a number of years, one of our clients has been able to explore different opportunities that has seen a number of changes and adjustments in their role from packaging to assisting in the ceramics area and helping with fruit and vegetable packing.

An acquired learning disability has seen this person find their home at Makeables, where they are involved with packaging and fruit and vegetable programs.

“I enjoy packaging the most because there’s always different things to do and I can do it with my friends.” They said.

Thank you for helping this service user to share with us how they have found meaningful work packaging fruit and vegetables for customers as part of Makeables. One of Multicap's aims is to create new and innovative employment opportunities for people, so its great to hear this story about how Makeables is doing that.
