(as the patient),

I have a young baby and had a horrible time during and after labour and I had a drug history. I got post natal depression and then went back to drugs, that's how I met Alison from Lives Lived Well. She was and is fantastic support and friend. We grew close over 5mths while she was there for me through this! I never trust anyone but grew to totally trust her. I have now been clean for 4mths and loving my life as a full time mum. Thank you from my heart Alison.

Dear Teashie,

Congratulations on so many fronts - being a new mum, dealing with the drug problem and finding that sense of trust in people again which helps see us through the difficult times when we think no one cares - always good to find someone does care,
