(as the patient),

I went to ER at Ipswich hospital recently. It was a long wait of five hours before I saw a doctor. When I saw the doctor though I was very satisfied. Really great mannerism, caring, friendly & professional. Thanks Dr. Ben: ) I have a lot of respect for the doctors and nurses who work so hard to save lives and help people who are sick and injured. Maybe a bit more government funding so it's not so under staffed though would be good.
