I've been through anxiety & depression for a long time. Have been in toxic relationships and had many other 'issues' that made my life confusing. Linda, of Brisbane Mind Services, has been an awesome help to me. Giving me the right guidance to help me find my feet again. She is very down to earth and I strongly recommend her services to anyone.
