Many thanks for sharing your story and very kind feedback on Patient Opinion. Your story is the 144th story since we started using Patient Opinion earlier this year!

I really do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and I will be delighted to share this with Rita and the HARP team - as you would know, many of these staff are doing great work in the background to enable people to be at home as much as possible. I will be sure to pass on your feedback.
