Dear asridha

First of all, many congratulations on the birth of your angel - how exciting for you and your family and a great way to start the new year too.

Thank you also for sharing your story on Patient Opinion and in particular for taking the time to acknowledge the things that we do well. It's nice for us all to receive a "pat on the back" from time to time and I will be sure to pass your feedback on to our midwives and to the management team at Box Hill Hospital.

I wish you well in this next exciting chapter in your life and hope that 2016 continues to bring such highlights for you.
