(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I went to the Ipswich office because I was having some issues with my drinking. My counsellors (Linda and Pauline) were really helpful and listened to me. They helped me to work on my confidence, self-worth, relationships and my drinking. I feel I have taken other skills away from the sessions and am more assertive. Alcohol isn't an issue for me anymore and I have learned how I can make myself happy. I've been promoted at work, my relationships are working better and I feel happier.
