(as the patient),

My daughter was in hospital giving birth to her first child she arrived recently and is still there. The only problem is she has not received a single meal. No breakfast, no lunch, no dinner. I have had to bring her something. Nurses are very friendly and taking care of medical needs and birthing. Sweet nurses very good, but no meals not good. Asked staff and just got told we ordered it.

Dear Daughter's Birth

Thank you for letting me know of this problem in the maternity service at the Angliss Hospital. I am most surprised, concerned and sorry to hear about your experience. I will call the wards there right away and alert them to this issue. In the meantime, I would encourage you to ask to speak to the Nurse Manager there if the issue has not been resolved by the time you receive this response.
