(as a parent/guardian),

Not overly confident in your ability to diagnose anything medical, given after all those years of medical school yet you cant tell the difference between a male and a female much less diagnose pnuemonia.

Dear Disappointed again,

It sounds as though you feel very let down by the service your loved one received at Maroondah Hospital! I apologise that this has been your experience.

I would like to be able to look into the care provided by our staff but your story does not give me enough detail.
